I. Организационный момент.

Приветствие.

-Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you. How are you today?

What date is it today?
What day is it today?
Who is on duty today?
Who is absent today?

II. Речевая зарядка.

III. Основная часть урока.

1. Постановка целей и задач урока.

T. The topic of our lesson today is «English school and school subjects». At the previous lesson we were reading about different types of English schools. Today we’ll speak about Misha’s school, his school subjects and his timetable. But first of all something new from English grammar.

2. Презентация грамматического материала (слайды 2, 3).

3. Тренировка в выполнении упражнений по новой теме.( Слайды 4-7).

1 Fill in the gaps. Use other, another, the other.

1.    I must read seven pages for the next test. I read four pages yesterday and I'll read ... pages tomorrow. 
2.    Two of my friends are coming on Saturday. ... friends are coming on Sunday. 
3.    This tea is very nice. Give me ... cup! 
4.    This story is boring. Read ... one. 
5.    Bill doesn't want to go with us. He has ... plans. 

2. Translate into Russian/English

They looked at one another in bewilderment.

We couldn't hear each other's words for the wind.

These books complement one another.

Он вошел в комнату. Отец и Майкл сидели там. Он посмотрел сначала на одного, затем на другого.

Джим провел выходные, посещая один театр за другим.

Оба сына Анны играли в саду. Она переводила взгляд с одного на другого.

In pairs. Look at the pictures and find Misha's uniform. What do you think about it? Is it really cool or is it funny?
