Моё любимое время года (сочинение на конкурс)

   My favorite season is spring. There is a very special reason for my preference. My birthday is at the end of April! This year I have had the best birthday I’ve ever had. 

   At 12 a.m. my marvelous parade of birthday’s congratulations started, I was very grateful for them. Then I went to bed looking forward to the next morning. After getting up, I saw a fantastic bunch of lovely flowers on my desk. Flowers were the first present I got that day. I was overfull with happiness. I got dressed a beautiful blouse and black jeans and rushed to school. My friends were waiting for me at the school hall. When I opened the door, they shouted: “Happy birthday!”. My friends gifted colorful balloons to me.

   After my lessons at school I and my friends decided to make a ‘party’ at my home. We bought lots of sweets, chocolate and juices in the shop. We ordered some pizza and ate it. After having our festive lunch I turned on music and we started to dance. We were extremely excited. At the end of our party my friends gave me the presents. There were cute and cool things in the boxes and packs. 

  My close friends had already left my home by the time my family came back. I noticed a big pack in the hands of my dearest people. I was in a great suspense and impatience... They gave the box to me and then I opened it with my trembled hands. There was a camera in it! I had been dreaming about it for a long time! I was very grateful. In the evening we had a festive dinner with a honey cake baked by my granny and I went to bed absolutely happy turning over in my memory all the day’s excitements. What a pity the birthday is once a year!

   I will remember this my birthday for many years!
