The plural noun is formed by adding - s.

e.g. cup – cups

pencil – pencils

desk – desks

If the nouns ends in –s, -ss, -x, -sh, -ch,- o , the plural is formed by adding - es

e.g. bo x – boxes

• dre ss -dresses

If the noun ends in –y preceded by a consonant (բաղաձայն) , -y- i+es

e.g.

• City-cities
• Lady-ladies
• Boy-boys

Nouns ending in -f , -fe change it into v+es

e.g.
