Тема: Закрепление длительного времени

Цели:

• ввести и отработать слова по теме «Christmas»;

• развивать речевую культуру учащихся, культуру общения;

• расширять с помощью английского языка представление
  учащихся об окружающем их мире, о языке как средстве взаимодействия с этим миром;

- формировать положительную мотивацию учения, готовность воспринимать культуру страны изучаемого языка.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент. Вступительное слово учителя.

Good morning, dear children! Nice to meet you! How are you? Today we've got Christmas Lesson.

Listen to the poem and say what season it is about.

This is the season

When mornings are dark

And birds do not sing

In the woods, in the parks

This is the season

When children ski

And Father Frost brings

The New Year tree. (Winter.)

• What are winter holidays? (Christmas and New Year.)

• When is Christmas in Britain? (December, 25*.)

So, we've got Christmas Lesson because Christmas is coming!

П. Введение лексики.

Let's learn X-mas words. They are on X-mas garland. Read and say what this is in your language. (Card 1. См. Приложение I,.)

HI. Закрепление лексики.

- Звучит мелодия Jingle Bells.
Дети все вместе ноют песню.

JINGLE BELLS

Dashing through the snow

In a one-horse open sleigh,

• Who has come to greet you?

Read the code and guess who this is. (Card 2. См. Приложение.)

Мороза.

Meet Father Christmas and introduce yourselves.

Дети по очереди рассказывают о себе и своих увлечениях.

• Father Christmas wants to play X-mas Game with you.
Listen to his commands and do if only he adds "please".
Учитель от имени рождественского Деда Мороза отдает команды, дети выполняют их только в том случае, если –звучит слово «please».

Stand up Clap your hands

Make a circle Bend your knees

Hands up (down) Hands on hips

Touch your nose (ear, hair) Close your eyes
Shake your head Spin around

etc.

• Father Christmas wants to see if you know much about Christmas. Find seven things & then match the words to pictures. (Card 3.

• Find the words & read them. (Card 4. См. Приложение 4.)

• I've got a letter to Father Christmas. Whose letter is this? Read & guess. Correct the mistakes. (Card 5. См. Приложение 5,)

• I've got a telegram, but I can't read it. Believe or not, these nonsense words are actually a Christmas poem. Can you recite it?
  (Card 6. См. Приложение б.)

IV. Итог урока.

I wish you a merry Christmas and present you with Christmas calendars. Let's sing together.

Звучат Myзыка и дети все вместе поют песню «We Wish a Merry Christmas».
