There are more than three hundred national parks in the United States of America. Everybody who visits them can enjoy the beauty and power of wildlife in America. In different parts of the country visitors can see different animals. Yellowstone is the most famous park with a large history. In the high mountains around Yellowstone people can see big and dangerous grizzly bears. Sometimes they come down to the houses where visitors are staying. In the northeast of the country fishing is very popular. On one of the islands in the Atlantic Ocean Acadia National park is situated. There are lots of deer in it. It is famous because there are about three hundred kinds of birds on the island. About 4 million tourists come to Acadia every year to watch wildlife. Many rivers run in the United States. But the greatest is the powerful Mississippi. Water animals live along the river. In the south in the warm waters of the Mississippi you can see a lot of snakes and alligators, animals that are very much like crocodiles.
