This is a raccoon . It’s small wild animal.

It has got round ears, two black spots around

its eyes . Its eyes are black. It has got a black nose

with white  whiskers . Its body has got long  fur .

It has not got long legs. It has short legs.

It has a long tail. It looks   cute. Raccoons are  playful . Raccoons can climb trees very

well. In the summer and in the autumn they like to eat plants, fruit, vegetables .

They eat ants and frogs and snakes, fish and bird eggs.  Before eating, the

raccoon  washes its food in water. Its Russian name is " poloskun ". Raccoons live no

more than 5 years in the wood. In the zoo, they can live 20 years.

You can see a fox. Foxes are  wild animals. This is a red fox. Its name is Dinka. It has got 4 paws. The fox has got black eyes . Its whiskers are black, the body is red.

It has got a tail . It also has got big, dark ears. They like to eat mice, birds, fish, meat . Foxes lives in the woods, in the holes . Foxes are good parents. Foxes usually have up to 12  cubs . In the wood , foxes live more than seven years but in the zoo, they can live up to 20-25 years.

Look! These are guinea pigs . The guinea pig lives in a hole . It is very funny. It has got small black eyes, long teeth and long black and white fur . Its tail is very small. The guinea pig likes to eat grass, fruit and vegetables . It especially loves apples. They have not got many children. Guinea pigs have got 2 or 4 children. They can live 8 – 9 years in the zoo.

These are Black Eagles . Eagles are very big and strong birds. The color of the eagle is brown and grey. It has got two strong paws and a big strong beak . It has not got two paws . The eagle has got two strong wings and a short tail. They live in the nests. It can fly very well. It eats meat, mice, rabbits, little foxes.
