Conflict is a natural event in our lives. Conflicts happen because all people are different: they want different things, they have different ideas and values. Very often people conflict because they don't listen to each other.

Conflict can occur between children and parents, friends, classmates, countries and states.

Conflicts can lead to quarrels, bad relationships and violence, so it is important to try to avoid conflicts .

We should be patient, listen to what others say, respect their opinion, because they also have the right to have their own ideas. Moreover, if people resolve conflicts peacefully, their relationship will be better in the future.

Conflicts are inevitable! But we must be able to solve them peacefully.

I like the phrase: when angry count to ten before you say anything ; when very angry, count to a hundred.

I can't recommend any particular book in which you can read everything about conflicts, but I do advise reading various psychology journals. I think that you will find there something that will help you to avoid and resolve conflicts.
