Stative VERBS – Глаголы Состояния

В английском языке есть глаголы, которые обозначают НЕ действие, а состояние лица / предмета. Эти глаголы не употребляются в Present Continuous:

● Чувственного восприятия: hear, feel, see, smell, sound, taste;

● Чувств, эмоций, желаний: like, hate, enjoy, desire, prefer, want, wish;

● Мыслительной деятельности: know, believe, understand, forget, remember, mean;

● Принадлежности, обладания: have, own, possess, belong;

● Некоторые другие глаголы: be, need, seem, contain, include, cost, matter.
