Sport in my life
Nobody can deny that sport and games are a part and parcel of life. Sports and games play a major role in keeping a person fit and fine. Furthermore, it increases the blood flow in the entire body. So, this helps in keeping the heart in the best condition. Moreover, the immunity of the body increases by playing outdoor sports. Also, it helps in keeping your body fat percentage low. This makes the appearance of the body better and makes a person good-looking.
Outdoor sports like football, cricket, basketball, swimming builds the stamina of a person. As all these sports require a lot of running, the stamina of a person automatically increases. Therefore, a person can work for a longer period of time without getting tired.
Some sports need individual participation, while some require teamwork. Thus, sports enlist teamwork in a person which is essential in every fieldwork. A company can only run by working together and not individually. So, it is important for a person to know how to work together in a team. Only then you can achieve the desired goal.
Sports can bring a change to your day-to-day routine. Moreover, it can relieve you from stress as your body will experience a change. It gives your mind a boost of enthusiasm and happiness. As a result, it will fill you with energy for the next day.
To my mind, sport plays an important part of my life. I believe that it helps me in different ways. First of all, sport builds character. In other words, it teaches to win and to lose and so makes men out of boys. Besides, it is good way to meet people, even from other countries as sportsmen often take part in world competitions. Finally, it makes you strong, fast and patient because regular trainings develop not only your body but also your mind.

Food, Health&Safety
We live in a world where people are always in a hurry and don’t have enough time to eat healthy. Eating in a hurry can be harmful for the body. Buying every desired product is also risky. There are lots of products today which are genetically modified. It means that they weren’t grown in their natural environment and conditions. If we want to follow a healthy diet, we should avoid such products.
Eating healthy is very important for every person. Wise people say, “Health is above wealth”. And, indeed, what can we do properly if we don’t eat. It is our natural source of energy, so it’s better to choose it carefully. For example, our body needs more vitamins and minerals but it doesn’t need much cholesterol. That’s why, it’s better to avoid using fat-containing products. We also need less sodium, which is found in salt and less sugar. I now try to eat less sweets and cakes. First of all, it can make me overweight. Secondly, it’s not good for health.
Eating lots of vegetables and fruit is healthy. Other healthy and nutritious products include fish, seafood, whole grains, fat-free or low-fat milk products, lean meat, eggs, beans, seeds and nuts. However, a lot depends on every person’s body and its needs. For example, some people are highly allergic to nuts. In this case they need to cut this product out of their daily diet.
Another problem is the increasing number of fast-food chains. People want to eat quickly but they don’t realize that fast-food is unhealthy.
The regime of eating is also important. It means we need to eat at certain hours during the day. For example, breakfast at 8 am, lunch at 1 pm, snack at 4 pm and dinner at 6 pm.
Along with eating healthy, we should try to keep fit by doing exercise, cycling, spending less time in front of the TV and not smoking.

There is nothing better than traveling when you can see a new place for the first time or return to your favorite one. People of all ages from all over the world travel to other countries for various reasons, mainly for work, family and leisure. Whether by plane, train, ship, or car, traveling is usually a pleasure.
One of the important benefits of traveling is finding and maintaining inner balance. This is an opportunity to get rid of the daily routine and everyday life.
Traveling is an amazing experience. It's just a great feeling to visit another country and see how people live differently, speak differently, look different. This is how a person begins to understand how big and crazy our world is.
Another advantage of traveling is that you can see your native country in a different light, in a different way. This is possible if you compare your home and a place abroad.
Away from home, you begin to understand what “home” really is and what it means. When you travel to another place and have to live in accordance with the laws and social norms of another place, you immediately remember how everything works in their own country and culture, and you begin to give preference to one option or another.
In conclusion, traveling is the perfect entertainment for people of any age. On the one hand, they help people better understand themselves, their beliefs, and their lives. On the other hand, it also helps people to better understand the world they live in, even if it is outside their immediate environment.

Environmental Issues
The environment plays a significant role to support life on earth. But there are some issues that are causing damages to life and the ecosystem of the earth. It is related to the not only environment but with everyone that lives on the planet. Besides, its main source is pollution, global warming, greenhouse gas, and many others. The everyday activities of human are constantly degrading the quality of the environment which ultimately results in the loss of survival condition from the earth.
As we know that in the past few decades the numbers of industries have rapidly increased. Moreover, these industries discharge their untreated waste into the water bodies, on soil, and in air. Most of these wastes contain harmful and poisonous materials that spread very easily because of the movement of water bodies and wind.
Greenhouse Gases are responsible for the increase in the temperature of the earth surface. This gas directly relates to air pollution because of the pollution produced by the vehicle and factories which contains a toxic chemical that harms the life and environment of earth.
Due to environmental issue the climate is changing rapidly and things like smog, acid rains are getting common. Also, the number of natural calamities is also increasing and almost every year there is flood, famine, drought, landslides, earthquakes, and many more calamities are increasing.
Above all, human being and their greed for more is the ultimate cause of all the environmental issue. The environmental problems that today's world is facing are so great that there are little ordinary people can do to improve the situation. So, governments and large organizations should be responsible for reducing the amount of damage being done to the environment.
In conclusion, whatever we do to the environment will return and affect us and all level of education should emphasize how we can be more responsible to protect it. A joint approach by the authority and mass people can only make it happen.

Nobody can ignore the usefulness of modernization on our day-to-day life, especially how much it creates life of humans easier. That is particularly right about the new progression of the use of high technology machines, advanced transport, and the use of the computer including internet and video gaming that is being used by nearly every relation.
The use of modern technology makes living better and brings certain advantages to people. Such advantages include fast communications and improvement of traveling. Now, we spend only few time using the air planes which make the voyage easier. The use of new technology machines is also now in our home. We do almost all of the home cleaning with machines, that actually makes the life span very easy.
The influence of the modern way of life has its disadvantages nevertheless. Socially, modern life style affects the public relationships very firmly. Especially by using internet to speak to others. People use internet messenger widely in their communication with others. This can lead to sociable isolation because of this of spending very long time on the internet. As consequence, the person will isolate himself at home and deprive himself from family and friends’ social gatherings.
To sum up, different modern life style patterns affect our health and wellness in several aspects bodily, psychologically, and socially. I feel that if the people's understanding about these effects doesn't increase, this might lead to dangerous effects soon. The simplest way for reducing the effects of these modern patterns of living is by educating people about its results on their lives. Particularly focusing in educating children as changing the way these children live will impact future generations arriving after them as well.
