Тема урока: «Saving the World».
Тип урока: Комбинированный.
Цели урока: практическая - совершенствовать умения и навыки говорения и чтения
развивающая – развить мышление, память, речь и внимание.
Задачи:
Образовательная: Читать текст с целью извлечения необходимой информации,
понимать разговорную речь, понимать текст с целью извлечения
необходимой информации, задавать вопросы и отвечать на них.
Развивающая: Развивать навыки говорения, внимания, памяти.
Воспитательная: Воспитывать интерес к изучаемому языку, уважительное
отношение к окружающему нас миру.
Оборудование: ноутбук, интерактивная доска, наглядность по теме, предметы,
сделанные учащимися из использованного материала.
Ход урока:
I. Организационный момент.
Good morning!
What’s the date today?
How are you?
Who is on duty today?
Who is absent?
II. Развитие монологической речи.
Today we have got a project lesson.
You know land, air and water are important for flowers, trees, animals, birds, fish and people.

But the problem of the Saving the World is much spoken about on TV, radio and in the newspapers. But what’s happening now?
The forests are cut down. When the forests disappear many animals are disturbed. Many trees are cut down for building. Most of the countryside is spoiled. A lot of rivers and lakes are polluted. Sea animals are hurt. Air pollution is not reduced.
Children! Have a look screen!

What can we do for Saving the World?
What do you think about it?
Pupil: I’m very worry when people throw away litter. Just think of all the litter around.
Soon there won’t be any more places free of it. People should do something about
litter, before it’s too late!
People! Don’t throw away things which you can reuse and recycle!
Pupil: We shouldn’t away rubbish. We need recycle it. We can recycle paper and
cardboard, metal, plastic, wood, fabric and glass. Bottle factories usually collect
old bottles to recycle into new bottles and paper factories often turn old paper into
new paper. In my free time I do a lot of interesting things from old paper.
Pupil: But sometimes designers think of very creative ideas to make new things out of
old things. Look at these!
1. I don’t like when people throw away rubbish. I always try to reuse and recycle old things. A have got a lot of creative ideas to make new things out of old things. I never throw used matches. I can make such things. This is my Dream House!
2. I think we have to protect our nature. That’s why we shouldn’t throw away rubbish. I don’t throw plastic. I spend a few hours on a rainy Sunday making such flower. Look, please!
3. Let’s listen the song «Kids for saving the Earth».
4. I’m sorry about Saving the World. So we shouldn’t throw away paper, plastic, metal, fabric, glass. I don’t throw plastic and metal. I make my recycle thing and take it into class to snow my teachers and my classmates.
5. And I don’t like when people throw away things which can reuse and recycle. I never throw away old paper. I use old paper to make this pretty New-Year-Tree. Look, please!
6. I don’t throw my sweet wrappers in the bin. I spend a few hours on a rainy afternoon making this colourful bracelet.

We want to look our best: healthy, energetic and physically fit. So we should eat plain, simply cooked natural food and have enough sleep at night. And now Adam shows us what he eats to be healthy.
