  • Good morning, guys! How are you today? I’m glad to see you all. Please, take a seat. Are you ready to begin?

Этапы работы:

  • Составление транскрипции слов и перевод скороговорки

  • Вопросы к скороговорке (Who sat on a mat? Was the cat fat? Was the rat fat? What did the cat?)

  • Практика произношения (от тихого и медленного до быстрого и громкого)

  • Our lesson today is not a usual one - we’ll have a quiz about everything you learned during some lessons. What have you learned? Have you learned different names of family members? Have you learned how to name inhabitants in different cities? What grammar constructions have you learned? Do you know how to use it? Good!

  • Time for the Quiz! I’ll ask you to divide into 2 teams and name them. I’ll give you 5 minutes to change your sets if necessary and brainstorm the ideas for your team name. Look at the board. We’ll write down all the points that you earned for your team. The team with the biggest score wins the quiz. Any questions?

  • Look at the screen, please. The first task is to name all the members of the family from Alice’s point of view.

  • Can you see the example? Good. One person raises a hand and says the answer. One answer - one point for the team. Ready?

  • Moving on. The next task: you have to match a picture and its name. The rules are the same - one answer is one point for the team. Ready?

  • Let’s continue. Now you should work in groups. Can you see the table on the screen? You have to remember the rule and sort the nouns into 3 columns according to the rule. One of you goes to the blackboard and writes them down. Each correct answer is one point for the team. Ready?

  • And the last one! You have to write as many cases of when you can you have got\has got as possible. You choose one person to go to the blackboard and write them down. The person with the biggest number of cases earns some number of points. Ready?



  • Well done, guys! Now let’s count the amount of your points and decide who won today. Congratulations. You all did well today and I'll give you all good marks for your work!
