PEDAGOGICAL CREDO:

The aim of all education is to teach people to educate themselves.

When I was a child, I was in the habit of asking different questions about school, because I was trying to understand the meaning and purpose of education. Actually, I believed that knowledge had its origin in people’s sense of wonder. What I would like to know was just how it worked. Years past and the older I grew the more different my questions became. Thus, I found all my answers when I became a teacher.

Now my aims are very high, but to my mind it’s correct, because why walk if you can fly. And we, teachers, can help our students to understand how to fly. On the one hand, we give knowledge and life experience, but on the other hand, we are friends who are ready to come to students’ rescue. We try to prepare amazing lessons, to demonstrate things with lots of practical examples and make students feel that they can do everything. Anyway it’s very difficult teaching nowadays.

The most important mountain in our life is the mountain of knowledge and we should try to climb the top of it. “Teaching is a calling, teaching is a sentence, and teaching is a chance and a destiny.” My profession gives me fantastic education, education for life, because as Lord Halifax said : “Education is what remains when we have forgotten all we have been taught”.
