Evaluation of the Essential Question.

Zhanar Kabulova and Nargiz Rabatova 34 ER: Will classic English poems improve English?

This question is open-ended, it has a lot of possible answers or solutions. It's relevant to real life because it may help Ss solve their real problems with language skills by reading classic English poems. To answer this question and find solution Ss need to think critically. 

• At the level of complexity: this essential question makes a project intriguing, complex and problematic. It requires including multiple activities and using diferent informational recources to solve the problem. 

• At the level of coherence: it promotes Ss' interest by giving a challenge to cope with - it doesn't have one simple solution and Ss should study the challenge and decide how to cope with it; it directs Ss in the process of working. 

• At the level of authensity: it adresses to authentic contens and connected with problems which Ss may have in real life.
