Evaluation of the essential questions

1)I evaluated the essential question of Ayagoz Meirmanova. Her essential question is: "Why are fairytales important to comprehend sequences of tenses?"

Level of complexity: I think that this question is quite difficult for the level of schoolchildren. Most likely this question is suitable for a more adult generation, perhaps for students or for teachers.

Level of authentecity: The question is connected with the real life. Because the comprehend sequences of tenses is one of the main points in the study of language.

Level coherence: We can see the connection with the discipline. Because all the information will be presented in English.

I give 85 points from 100.

2) Next I evaluated essential question of Balgul Nurmakhambet . The question is: “How does classroom podcasting impact your English?”

Level of complexity: Yes, it is complex, because it causes genuine inquiry into the topic i.e. requires multiple activities and synthesis of different types of information before it is answered.

Level of authenticity: It is authentic and used in real life as it naturally recurs, creating opportunities for transfer to other situations and subject.

Level of coherence: It provides coherence and continuity to various project activities and stimulates students’ interest.

I give 95 points from 100.
